Tressa Koukal

Tressa has always been intrigued by how things are built. Growing up with her fix-it-all carpenter father as a role model, she spent much of her childhood on construction sites, instilling her with a passion for woodworking and the art of handcraft.

Tressa's Story

Tressa graduated from Dunwoody College of Technology with an accredited Bachelor of Architecture degree. After a decade in the architecture industry, with a heavy focus on residential design, Tressa founded TREKK Design Studio. A design collaborative focused on creatively expressing ideas through the process of thoughtful design.

She currently lives in Wisconsin with her husband, working together to update and maintain the character of their 1940s craftsman style home.
